Convoy Box Hinge Combeenation Installation: Tip: Use isopropyl alcoholReplacement plastic hinge for our Convoy Box. Colour: Black Compatibility: Larry vs Harry convoy box. Installation: Start by installing 1 side of the hinge on the box, tighten the bolts to 4 5Nm. Bend the hinge out up using screwdrivers tire levers to attach the bolts for the lid. Install the nuts loosely and tighten to 4 5Nm once all nuts are on. Close the lid carefully the first time to check alignment.
